week 10

Travis went to the clinic for a check-up and for his first round of innoculations this week. He now weighs 5300g (have I mentioned before that he LOVES his milk?!) and is 57cms long.Here he is on his playmat with Dylan and Schaapie.

week 9

Travis loves it when you talk to him and week 9 was filled with smiles and gurgles, very sweet. It was also filled with many, many bottles... Travis is a very hungry little boy!

Dylan 2 1/2

Dylan is 2 1/2 today and has grown into a very loving, funny, clever, inquisitive, imaginative, energetic and rather noisy little boy! He loves to talk, ALL day, and sing and, literally, talks himself to sleep at night.

His vocabulary is growing daily and the fact that he can understand 2 languages without any problem still amazes me: When my mom was here he was very funny, we were discussing his day at school and he told us he had had kip for lunch. Nanny then asked "Chicken for lunch"? He replied (with attitude) "IK zeg kip, en papa zegt kip en Travis"! This was repeated many times, with many words, during my mom's 2 week stay.
